I would have never guessed Richmond, seems out of place. You see A LOT of people here with tattoos, the vast majority, but it seems most are either smaller nice pieces, or lots of "back of a van while it was driving on a dirt road" type stuff. Lots of bad tattoos in Portland, which I guess kinda goes with its counter culture theme.
