Went for a beer run at the local grocery store. I live off a "main road" in the area, it's a few miles long, and there are like 3 schools right near by me. So once I turn right, I pass by 3 streets to get to the main County Route, that the store is located on. As soon as I get close to the 1st road, I see him, just sitting there with his lights on. Car behind me, and he pulls out behind them. So he gets into the right side turning lane, right next to me. Light goes green, I turn and stare in my mirror, the dude goes straight, and turns around...in a turn only lane.
I get there safely, get the beer, and say screw this. There are a bunch of back roads next to the store, where I can eventually cross over the County Route, and then go through more back roads, to then cross over the "main road" right onto my street (street has the same name on both sides, with just a North verse South difference). So cool, I'm cruising along, dodging in and out of the rabbits and opossum running out in the road. I make the last turn, before getting to the "main road"... I see lit tail lights. Fucking cop sitting right at the corner. He waves me by, I cross the road, and park in the driveway, in his clear view.
As soon as I get in the house, it dawns on me... it's the last day of the month. Bitches be trin' to meet their quota. Oh, but that can't be it, because quotas are ILLEGAL
