Yay an update!

I think it looks spot on, silver is a very common colour in 1:1 cars, yet some cars look their best in silver.

Personally I think you should just give it a little polish with course and then fine polish and it will be perfect

May I just ask something, how do you find airbrushing silver?

I had a little play with silver the other day with 4 spoons, with various methods and found that the spoon that I sprayed with a few medium to heavy coats looked an awful lot better than the spoon I did with about 8 mist coats. None of them were clearcoated but just the finish on the heavy (ish) one looked ten times better. I just wondered what the method was with the Skyline or if you have any tips and tricks so to speak?

Sorry for the long post I just find silver hard to get right as opposed to black, which is generally the hardest colour to spray!
