Peugeot 403 convertible (1959): Lt.Columbo's junk heap it self that become famous after this TV series.

Fully tin metal parts ready for the current state:

The way it was done:

3D model is made in 3DMax, then exported to Rhinosceros and plugin "Squish" do the rest to make the 2D cutting patterns that printed and transfered from paper then to metal.





Next tools was used, to form the metal. Basically, the English wheel was used only in trunk forming, for now, left wing curvatures was done only with a hammer.




Later on, can explain the method with more detailes and how-to's with all that 3D stuff and metal forming techniques.
