I suggest possible crank position sensor failure. When they are cold they will often work properly and then stop working after they warm up. Most of the time they will not show a code on a scanner. Also it is possible that there is a crack in the ignition module that is heat sensitive and once it gets hot it stops working. Just a couple of ideas.
