Russell those are mini lites but in a big wheel option.. look like 19's.. i bought those at the hobbie shop about 5 yrs ago in different offsets.. they are for Tamiyas RC mini cooper. The tires are also tamiya. The same tires i used on Jims wheels for my touring car.. i have part numbers at home.. ill try and get them for you tomorrow if we get discharged from the hospital.. my wife gave birth to my second child..
