I think I got it working. Oddly enough, I took the cluster out, replaced it with a used one I found, and learned the one I picked up had an issue where the tach displays. I put the old one back in and it worked. I have no idea.
Now it says "lighting issue". Seriously. Why? I don't see an issue!
