I'm not absolutely positive about this but unless you order one from the dealership you can't get a used one and adjust it to read the same number of miles you have. If you get a used cluster you can get Nissan to certify the mileage so that when the time comes to sell or trade the car at least you won't get slapped with odometer fraud. You could always just put a used one in but expect the resale value to drop drastically.
