The subtly things in life that can freak you out...

Get out of the grocery store, with the radio on a classic rock channel, only to hear the end of an Emergency Broadcast. Go to the drug store down the road (forgot lotto tickets because I'm a sucker), and when I get to the counter, their little radio is playing the end of an Emergency Broadcast. I'm now 2 roads away from the house, and I turn it to a local shit rock station. Bam, "This is a monthly test of the Emergency Broadcast System." Get inside, mom's watching some real housewives trash TV show, and again, "This is a test..." Thank God I caught the beginning of those last 2 tests, or I'd be shitting a brick, curled up in a ball in out nasty ass basement right now.
