From reading this, availability of moonroof, change of tachometer layout and redesign of front-end seem to be the major changes.
I guess the thing is I already have an 03 WRX on order. Should I wait for 04' to buy the new model? Personally, I don't really like the 04 front end, but I don't want to lose resale $$ when this 04 model comes out. Besides, I do like the moonroof availability. Although, I am probably gettin the 03 WRX cheaper than the 04 WRX.
What would you do if you were in my shoes?

I would just get the 03. Things can change between now and the 04 model year, and the car could be totally different than what they say it will be like. Resale value shouldnt go down that much either way.
