This information is simply a Technical Service Bulliten written to help the tech diagnose specific codes. It just lists a POSSIBLE problem. It's not a factory recall or anthing close to it. I can't give you any leagal advice (I'm not qualified anyway!) It just seems to me that the dealership should put a little more effort into the diagnosis of the B0012 since that code started right after the turnsignal switch was replaced. I've been in this business for a ling time, and I know sometimes things just happen. I don't know EXCATLY what the problem is with your car, but if it were me, I'd take a good close look at the connectors at the drivers bag and start from there.
