That's the stupidest thing I've heard. I had to jump through burning hoops backwards with my eyes closed and my arms behind my back to get my F.I.D. Its a real pain in the ass to get guns - legally. If i wanted to i could have gotten an AK-47 for $50 off the street. But the police look down upon that.
