Yeah, there are several in this area too, recycled/reclaimed timber is a big thing here. Guy I know that used to work for one of the big ones said they would go (with the owners permissions) in to condemned places or places that were going to be torn down anyway and take what they wanted a leave the rest to be demolished. Unfortunately they would resell the materials at a premium, but still only payed the workers minimum wage- while exposing them to 100 year old dust and lead paint and such.
