I researched the kit to make sure of the colors and found that the X-7 the kit calls for is the closest match to the actual car, also the Tamiya pure white spray is too bright for the roof. I would rather recommend using the regular gloss white acryllic or enamel paint.

Yes, the colours given by Tamiya are the X-8 (Red) for the body and X-2 (White) for the roof. According to Tamiya the equivalent colour in spray for the X-8 is TS-8 (Italian Red, as I already used in the Benetton 188) and for X-2 is TS-26 (Pure white)
Unfortunately I don’t have a working aerograph at the moment and don’t really want to paint it with a brush
I will do some tests with the colours to see if they really match.
