Old and rare AMR 1/43rd white metal 1986 Corvette kit built as a specific 1988 Corvette replica. Unfortunately it was partially assembled by someone else when I got it and incorrectly to boot. I made new wheels out of brass to match the real car including the decals on the center caps. I cast new soft tires as well to replace the hard cracking kit tires.
The license plate is also custom made to match; the rest is pretty much out of the box.
It weighs 7 ounces and it’s not even 4 inches long. Seems odd to have that much metal percentage in a “plastic” car.
