I am not really an expert on old race cars, but judging from the pics I saw on the internet, I think this could be a special setup. Where the safety barrier shifts color (black->grey), the "second spoiler" does not. That's, for me, even more evidence that this part belongs to the race car. Taking a second look, this could well be a special spoiler indeed.
