So long as the shops have to purchase the equipment and its not some kind of freebie. No offense to anyone, but Lots of dealerships overcharge like crazy, and worse are very dishonest. Thats just my experience.

I wouldnt mind having the choice of going to a mom and pop, or independent shop so long as they were informed of what they were doing, and had the right tools to do it. These cars are getting more sophisticated. It only seems right that we, the consumer, arent forced into going to the dealership, then be overcharged.
