Hello, I am new to cars clearly from my question, and I was just wondering what this sound is and if it is fixable? It not a fan belt squeak it's a whine when I reach high revs. Is this the gear box at all? Can it be tuned to stop? unrelated to the last problem; I also have a rattle sound coming from underneath the car each time I pull the clutch out, is this possibly something not mounted properly?
