I have a 1992 Miata that has started ticking while im driving. the ticking is constant and does not go up with the speed of the car or the rpms. and if I give it more that 30% gas it will stop. it is coming from the front right of the motor and the ticking does not affect the performance of the car and I am positive it has nothing to do with the tires or breaks, it is from something in the motor bay.. and also it is not HLA noise I have fixed that with a different weight oil.
