I found ignition fuse A to be bad. Visually it looked fine. but when tested with my meter it was bad. you only found the fuse that blew. now you must find out why. make sure the fuse amp is the proper amount. don't put a 40 in a 20 etc...
when the engine don't crank the last thing I thing of is getting the scanner out.
also when you turn the ignition to crank and the dash goes out that is a power problem. not surprised that the dealership was way wrong ! good luck finding the short.
