Relax my friend it's not ruined. Try some ammonia it usually will remove most marker inks and will not affect the paint. Alcohol may dull the paint. As for th panel lines polishing will remove the ink from the body but leave it down in the panel lines. A safe easy way to do panel lines is to use a sharpened tooth pick and India drawing ink or use a very small(10/0 size)brush and apply Tamiya flat black(thinned to a watery state)
