Thanks for the repliy. I sort of figured that the Rodeo was equipted with a remote opener. I just purchased this Rodeo. I had an older Amigo a few years back and it was a blast to drive. I saw this 2001Rodeo on Craigs list and couldn't believe the overall shape the Truck was in. It was originally from Vermont and the original owner had the frame undrecoated by brush when it was new. I bought it with 116K miles and the only problem so far has been the P0300 infamous CEL. Checked all the coils and sure enough The shorter coil was put into a different plug hole than #6, so I cleaned all the coils and reinstalled new NGK plugs and made sure to put the shorter coil in the #6 hole.Truck runs purrrrfect and idles great. Tomorrow we are doing new P255/70R 16 Tires and new chrome trim rings. Very impressive car for the $$. Oh and thanks for the info on the keyless system.....will be nice to get that working and then get the Remote starter hooked up. Going to love driving this in the winter. Again Thanks for your Help.
