I've been having an intermittent problem with my '07 LaCrosse...the driver's door doesn't always close. I bought my Buick about a year ago and I had this problem shortly after buying it. I sprayed the latch with PB Blaster and after a week or so the problem seemed to be fixed. A couple of days ago it did it again. I lubed the latch and the door worked a few times but yesterday it did it again.

I found a few posts here of a similar door problem but nothing specific about what I need to do or what part I need to replace. I was a former mechanic and will probably do the repair myself but I'd rather have the replacement part in hand before I start removing the door panel.
