whatever you do do not take any paint to the inside fenders this will bring down the value of the car if anything just clean it you could use a presure washer if you feel you need to but cover any electronic parts with plastic alot of poeple like to use flat black paint as a cheap way of cleaning up an area that doesnt look so good but sometimes it can do more damage than good if homework is not done on the vehicle prior to doing so.
