If it is not sending proper temps to the computer it can cause the excessive fuel to the engine and a flooding issue. Just for follow up and historical purpose but I replaced the ECM and that resolved my issue. I ordered one from Autozone and swapped the PROM from my original to the replacement. After a little trying, the car started and I've been driving it now for a few days with no issues.
