Very nice work Christian!

You never mention those frames for your moulds, but they look amazing and seem to be the way to go! I like the way they support the silicon and the good registration from the metal pins.

Are the frames made from Rennshape, mdf, or something else? I can only assume that you have access to a furniture making workshop, or you have some really good woodworking tools at home (eg. a disc table sander!). How do you glue your frames together?

Also, what do you think of the green silicone you're using and do you know what hardness (duro number) it is?

Oh, I have a tip for not using too much silicone by filling the empty spaces with polystyrene packaging beans - not tried it myself yet though!
