Hope your drill bits are sharp and you have good welding skills.
The best trick is to call the wrecking yards for a wrecked 1986 4wd 150 to get all the parts for a change over.
Another possibility is a rust bucket 1986 4wd 150 on ebay.

Changing the front suspension from A-Frame to leaf spring will be a challenge including the steering.

If you're wanting real AWD and have very deep pocket$$$, you can look for the running gear from a wrecked Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 for sale.
