I think it's a can of worms......first the auto industry, then what's next?
You can make it available......but it's not going to be free.......it's not free to dealership, it part of their operating cost of being a dealership.....
So, "consumers", can get this info......do you mean consumers who would now get info to overcome security systems in cars?
