Oldsmobile 98 EGR Valve Humming Noise
I have a Oldsmobile 98 Regency. I have replaced the EGR Valve and have vacuum tested the car. It is reading just under 15. A humming noise can be heard coming from the EGR Valve. Could the Gasket be bad? The original gasket was badly stuck and had to be scrapped off. The new gasket is a aftermarket felpro carbon gasket. Could that be causing my low vacuum pressure???
