1990 Park Avenue A/C Low Pressure Service Port

Is the port I circled in red the low pressure service port for charging the AC on my 1990 Park Avenue?

I bought a r134a retrofit kit, and the low-pressure adapter fits onto this port. I found another port on one of the hoses, but the low-pressure adapterwouldn't fit (the high-pressure one did) but it was hard to reach, so maybe I was not lining it up, correctly? Are the high-pressure and low-pressure service ports in an r12 system different sizes? I have no idea what I'm doing, here. I just don't want to hook up the can to the high-pressure port and explode the can.

While the AC is running, the tube indicated with a blue arrow is frosty, if that helps at all.
Actually, here's a video while it's running (with the r134a retrofit adapters installed where I think they should be) https://www.dropbox.com/s/knu8xmmhso...629_173822.mp4

So... is that the low-pressure service port on the silver canister?
