These are four different problems......I doubt that they all happened at the same time......seems like you have had this light on for some time, and the problems just accumulated...
The first is an internal transmission problem.....
The second really is unknown......we know it's in the TPS CIRCUIT....could be the TPS.....could also be a broken wire in the harness.....a bad connection in the harness connector.....bad PCM or need for a reflash....
Cyl #6 misfire? Can sometimes be a problem with the mating cylinder, which in this case is #3....could be a compression problem, fouled/bad plug, bad wire, bad coil, bad injector, vac leak, etc.
Finally, knowing GTP Dad, think he misread your post....bank 1 sensor 2, is the O2 sensor after the cat....and from the description, it sounds like the tech was talking about the heater circuit to the sensor.....could be the sensor, the harness, or a fuse.....
