is it a gs-t or gsx?
It says it needs a new turbo. I have a stock replacement turbo for ya

Also there are a lotta of things that are problematic with these cars, wheel bearings, ball joints, crankwalk, alternators, starters etc etc. All we can really say is check it over as much as possible. Test everything. Its obvious a young person had this car the under glow lights are hella stoopid IMO. The turbo being blown is normally a bad sign that it was being beatin on. But these cars are truly amazing when you get them running well. I wish I could take it for a test drive.
