^^ yeah no need to pressure test the system unless you run into another problem. That elbow was definately the cause like Tech II stated. with that kind of leak hitting the belt it definately could have slipped off. I would replace the belt if it got saturated with coolant though. you might want to replace the valve cover gaskets while you are in there, just to stop or prevent the common leak there also.
