I am new here & just needed a little help. I bought a 1999 Honda Civic from a local used car dealer & it was totaled. The insurance company sold the car at auction & the same dealer bought it. He called us & said we could have first option to buy it back, which we would like to do. We don't know what he'll ask for it & I'm trying to find out how to determine the value so that I can buy it without paying too much. Any suggestions?
