With the warmer weather (70F - 100+F) the creaking noise has disappeared, with ride height and bumper bounce tests measuring within spec.

Could it be the strut mounts?

FYI, the CV joints will need replacing.

Thanks in advance for everyone's help!
Welcome to AF.

I would suspect more in the line of the sway bar bushings, geting soft from age. Have they ever been replaced??? How many miles on vehicle???
