Actually, these things do have potential.

Maybe not at the strip but at the track they can keep up with a lot of things you wouldn't expect.

A 92 RS was a turbo 1.6 and also AWD, at a curb weight of less then 2800lbs. Stock 160HP and 150 ft-lbs. of torque. Sure thats not much for drag racing but with a little modification they make great track/street cars.

Theres a guy around here who's got a sunfire done up to about 200HP. That combined with the fact that it's about 200 or more lbs. lighter than a WRX makes it a pretty nice little car. As for the suspension, well the name says it all
