BMW M3 E36 (4-door)
Another BMW M3. But now it will be a four door sedan. As a donor it will be used this Revell's BMW 325i.
Front and rear bumpers will be copied from this Dragon's M3.
The powertrain will be combined from different Tamiya, Fujimi and Bburago kits and partially scratched.
Finally I think to get smth. like this.
At first I started with the engine. The valve cover was cut from Bburago's M3 GTR and has been modified.
The crankcase oil pan will be modified with using of a piece from Hasegawa's one.
The bumpers was dry fitted.
Then the front shock absorber supports were scratched from Kolb SuperClay and front body brackets were modified.
The hood insulator was made thinner.
The nose will be copied from Hasegawa's one (yellow body on the photo). Some changes of the upper line were done (the front edge of the hood was glued and then cut off hardly above).
The wheels. At first I have wanted to fit these Motorsport wheels.
But then my brother built for me a new CAD model of another Motorsport wheel (as on the red car above).
And now I have two 3D printed prototypes of this wheel. They need to be finished.
