I would just for the hell of it replace the 4wd select sw. or at least resolder those joints on the switch pins to circuit board. this is a poor Q.C. item.

I just got done take the switch out and apart and the solder joints on the pins looked great no cracks or burnt spot. yeah like i said frist thing that morning 4LO light was on and it was in 4LO and you could tell it to. later that day when i got home i took it out back in the wet grass and tried 4H and nothing i was stuck. GRRR..... the last time i got the codes pulled i had c0327 and c0374 so i replaced the tranfer case motor and the autotrac fluid.
