Sounds sketchy to me. The wheel speed sensors are integrated into the hub assembly, and cant be replaced separately.
Did they charge you for removal and replacement of all 4 hub assemblies? As well as the new parts?
Oldblue is correct about checking the sensor wiring out, and definitely make sure the wiring connectors are securely fastened to the small clips that the "ride" on. I learned this the hard way by replacing at least one hub assembly that I probably didnt need to. If the wiring connectors are flopping around it can cause enough change in voltage to make the system think there is a problem.
Short of a visual wiring inspection, the only real way to tell whats causing those lights to come on is to have your vehicle scanned at either a dealership or properly equipped mechanic. The unfortunate part is that a dealership will most likely charge a solid $100 just to do the scan. At least thats what they quoted me. A shop might do it cheaper, but Id say youre looking at a solid $50 just to find out the problem.
