I was able to pull the blower motor out after loosen the 6 - 7/32 hex screws. It turns out the the commutator needed to be cleaned. So with some med grit sandpaper, I cleaned up the copper and the sprayed contact cleaner on the brushes, After testing it, the motor responds instantly. Now, I'm in the midst of trying to reinstall and talk about a PITA. Spent an hour trying to reinstalling and then called it a day. Any tricks, other than cutting the rubber, are welcome
