Smile Ford windstar 2000 Center Power Door Adjustment

I have a ford windstar 2000. I accidentally broke the rear quarter window while trying to fix a broken roller assembly on it. I replaced the roler assembly, and used wd-40 to clean off the molly I previously used to lube the roller track-the track and prior bracket were bent, and I bent them back. It had been creaking and barely moving, all fixed by WD-40! I had always been told not to use that! Wow, what a relief1

but, the center (it's a 4 door van, center doors are power) doors for the middle bucket seas, the left hand side one I fixed is now overlapping with the replaced rear quarter windows! I have been unable to adjust the half centimeter it needs it stop it from overlapping.

Can I just drill 4 new holes to the right of the current and wrench it in?

The last nut/screw that holds the end of the window seems to have a round joint, so if it is off a little it wil lstil lwork.

will this work?

TIA for the help, and the prior help. I never would have tried Berryman's B-12, nor wd 40 for the roller assembly, ever!
