zed red - the paint looks fine - some people put too much attention into the paint - unless it is a pearl or mica or color-shifting - as long as it is opaque and even throughout it will be just fine. After decals are applied and then 2K clear -which I recommend-it will come out perfect. I am a great believer in letting the "painting system" do the work - all this paint polishing just to add a clearcoat is a waste of time provided there are no obvious flaws like crazing-orange peel-blushing etc. That is why I like urethane paints like "Zero" that even dull flat look throughout means you've got it right and just let the 2K clear bring up the depth and gloss factor.
