The new 1/12th kit seems like it is a great base for detail, It almost seems a shame to pull parts from it. I've got plans for it as well. I'm think full tube frame either road race or drag race...... As for the wheel arches, Looking back, I wish I dad done some a-la sn65 style. Wheels, don't get me started on big scale wheels. I found a guy who would machine some for me, CNC for $35 per wheel, not bad until you figure in the $125 set up fee for creating the files for the mill. I'm looking for someone who can do that for me if you know anyone! I'm off work all day tomorrow so hopefully this will see some nice progress.
