There are relays up in the upper passenger side firewall, the one closest to the fender well is identified by various sources as the ignition relay and is probably what you hear clicking, the other is the fuel pump relay.

I have same issue, I try to start and all I hear is 2 clicks from the relay....but no starting of the vehicle.
