In order to vent the air out of the radiator there should be an opening at the front lower portiion of the hood close to the point where the hood slides under the front bumper, some type of sheet metal or alum would do the trick it should go from the bottom of the rad. to the bottom side of the hood wherre the opening is located. Many race cars have this type of opening, look at a currrent GT-Ford for example or many of the Can Am cars or IMSA cars. Air coming into the engine compartment thur the radiator acts as a parachut, it needs to exit some where. Just my opinion.
