Drove it about a quarter mile and it died. Started back up and drove it halfway back and it died again. Then started it up and pulled it back to the house and now it will not start. Motor turns over fine. Not getting spark to plugs and the only code I am getting is a p0336 which is crankshaft position sensor. Tried swapping two from other running trucks and it is still not turning over have no idea what to do or who to turn to at this point. Just had a 99 jimmy pull the same thing a couple months before and just haven't swapped motors since it quit running.

CODE DOES NOT SAY REPLACE PART.
Is the code a past or present or active code?
Always clear code and see if code comes back.
The code says crank sensor circuit performance problem.
Also check for spark right out of coil and if dist shaft is turning.
I would check all wiring and plug in on it first.
