P1315 code after TSB repairs for P0171 & P0174

I'm going nuts trying get this 1999 Ford Windstar to run correct. It has a rough and sporadic idle. It has been sitting for the last 6 months except for trial runs after repairs. Sometimes it runs fine after a repair then the next day back to the spoardic idleing and dying. I replaced the components and gaskets (Auto Zone Valve cover repair kit $99) for the TSB for DTC PO171 and P0174. Since then the DTC is now registering a P1315 (manufacturers Control Ignition System or Misfire) . I'm beginning to think it is the PCM that is malfunctioning since this year and model's ignition is controlled directly by the PCM.

I replaced the MAF sensor, Camshaft Position Sensor, Throttle Body Sensor, spark plugs, wires, and new coil pack before I did the TSB repair.

Before I did the TSB repairs it showed codes P0430, P0340 (camshaft position sensor), P0171, P0174, and P0302(cyl 2 misfire) as pending. And the P0171 caused the freeze frame.

Now, after the TSB repairs I'm getting DTC P1315 caused freeze frame, P0301 (cyl 1), P0305 (cyl 5)
and P0340 even though I had already replaced the camshaft postition sensor.

Any help is appreciated!

PS: other code data showed EGR and Fuel System monitors - OK and the O2 and EVAP incomplete. Also, it was showing lean on banks 1 & 2 before the TSB repairs. Now it it smells like gas (rich) after the TSB repairs.
