Try contacting the Better Business Bureau and see if they have a good rating there. And regardless of what happens, you can submit a complaint about your situation. You can also threaten to take the car to another shop, and have your insurance company file fraudulent practices against their shop - although I will say I have absolutely NO legal expertise and you may not even be able to do any of this, sometimes just threatening to will light a fire under people.
