The company says I'm suppose to just cut my factory wiring and hard wire the new pump? I've looked into buying the pump from auto parts stores but they are between 260-300 bucks and I'd really like to use a cheaper alternative. So I was wondering if this is normal to have to re-wire my harness to fit a pump, also what will I be losing by not having the other connector hooked up? Any advice will be greatly appreciated, I'm stumped! Thanks
if you have the non evap emissions fuel pump this would mean installing would cause the engine light to come on and you would not pass state emission test..they make two types ..you should have the TCF type 2 connectors...

If your getting rid of this vehicle cheap pump will save YOU some money..If you keep this vehicle NOT !

delphi fuel pump FG0271 should be the correct long life pump...about 250.oo..............
