Hi Guys
I recently added a 57i kit to my 1.6 16v dohc non-vtec and since doing so i have lost power, the only other engine mod is a janspeed rear silencer. I think it is getting too much air, I have been told by another forum that if i ran the car until its warm, turned it off, took out the fuse for the ECU, replaced it and then started it up and let it run for 60 seconds without touching the throttle it would re-set the ECU accordingly, I wasn't sure that it would work so I went to my nearest Honda garage (about 20metres from work) and they said that the ecu will not reprogram itself and the only adjustment you can do is the idle speed and not the mixture or anything else....
Anybody got any thoughts on it or any ideas how I can sort it out??
